Terms of Contract 1. A minimum deposit of $250.00 per pet is mandatory for all clients (Deposit not required for single show ringside drop). A minimum deposit of $500.00 per dog is required for all dogs boarding with handler for over 1 week. The deposit will be held in escrow until the final bill, when it will be credited toward the final payment. 2. Owner will be responsible for all handling fees, travel expenses, mileage, and entry fees for any given show unless cancellation is made prior to the closing dates of the show. 3. The undersigned owner and/or responsible party agrees to pay the handler all fees as set forth in the attached schedule of fees. It is further agreed and understood that the undersigned owner and/or responsible party will be responsible for all fees agreed upon and understands that amounts incurred under this contract will be due according to the terms outlined in the following: Dogs Boarded for more than 2 week: Payment for sum of all charges during billing cycle (Billing cycle is from the 1st to the last day of the month) shall be payable by the 15th day of the following month. There will be a $5 per day late fee for every day payment is not received. There will be a $5 per day late fee for every day payment is not received. ________ Payment for sum of charges for each show circuit will be due upon receipt of associated bill (Bill will either be presented to Owner when dog is picked up or will be emailed/ mailed the next day. Payment will be considered delinquent after the 10th working day from the date on the bill. There will be a $5 per day late fee for every day payment is not received.

Please note: If I do not receive a monthly payment on the account your dog will not be entered in any more shows until half of the outstanding balance has been paid. Payment is due in full when picking up your dog unless other arrangements have been made.
Payment options available are as follows: cash, money orders, and personal checks. Via Paypal only: debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
